Can NetScore Rental Management leverage NetSuite Asset Management for depreciating rental assets?
Rental Management is offered in two versions of which one will utilize NetSuite Asset Management for controlling and depreciating rental assets.
Does the application offer the ability to reserve rental assets?
The ability to reserve specific assets for a future contract is a standard feature.
Is there a calendar view that shows the availability of my rental assets?
Yes. This is a standard feature of Rental Management.
Can I manage rental deposits?
Rental Management gives you the ability to accept deposits for a portion of the rental contract. The deposit can be a percentage of the rental contract or a fixed charge.
Are there features for tracking maintenance activities associated with my rental assets?
Rental Management includes the ability to record maintenance activities for your rental assets. This can include corrective or preventive maintenance activities.
What happens if a rental item requires maintenance during a rental contract period?
Rental Management gives you the ability to replace a rental asset during a rental contract period. All the facilities are provided to allow you to replace an item and record the new asset against the contract.
Do I manually have to generate a bill to the client for every billing period an item is on rental?
An auto billing engine is included with the solution that automatically creates bills for each rental contract based on the billing schedule associated with the contract.
